MLM Learning Design

MLM Learning Design is an organisation dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in the development of strategies and materials to support innovation in education, organisational change and public engagement.

Working with partners we deliver solutions for use in schools, colleges, universities, professional settings, homes and public spaces.

MLM Learning Design was formed in 2008 by Julian Marshall. Julian was formerly a Producer and Education Officer at the BBC and Director of Education for BDP Learning.

Leaders in the production of video for learning and communication

Working collaboratively with our partners, we design, develop and deliver solutions that incorporate video, online and multimedia materials, the use of social media in a learning context and face-to-face support. This includes the production of video elements devised to support blended learning solutions, along with promotional material and documentary films.

We are proactive in encouraging user generated material, enabling users to contribute to the learning conversation; capturing evidence and creating their own media elements. As part of strategy implementation or professional development, we provide mentoring and workshops for individuals and teams.

Our clients and partners include national organisations, charitable trusts and government departments, as well as individual institutions; universities, museums, colleges and commercial organisations.
